Your tasks

  • Analysis, conception and roll-out of implementation and integration requirements in the CRM environment (Salesforce, Zoho, Pardot)
  • Continuous further development of campaign processes and workflows towards the greatest possible marketing automation
  • Establishment and expansion of a collaboration portal based on WordPress
  • Programming of templates and customer journeys in coordination with Corporate/Product Marketing
  • Creation of mobile-optimized websites and landing pages in our CMS (WordPress) and integration into the lead-to-business process
  • Independent implementation of optimization workshops and training measures
  • Proactive development of our customer engagement landscape, including testing and integrating new tools
  • Support in the technical implementation of direct marketing campaigns

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, information technology or mathematics or comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of technical support and further development of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and/or Zoho)
  • Knowledge of e.g. SQL, Radian6, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, PHP, AmpScript etc.
  • Experience in the successful accompaniment of IT implementation projects throughout all project phases
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of project management tools
  • Knowledge of operational processes in the areas of CRM, sales, customer service or marketing as well as process analysis and documentation is desirable
  • You don’t think stubbornly in CRM tools and standard processes, but in a solution-oriented way
  • You are strong in communication, pragmatic and independent
  • You have a structured and methodical way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • You want flat hierarchies and a lot of personal responsibility
  • You feel at home in a young dynamic team
