Your tasks

  • As Online Marketing Manager you are responsible for the user experience and user friendliness of websites, landing pages and other digital channels
  • The close cooperation with internal and external contact persons from the conception to the completion of landing pages, as well as their UX-optimized implementation and editorial maintenance, are at the center of your activities
  • You develop test ideas for ongoing landing page optimization (UX, design, wording, conversion rate etc.) as well as setup, execution and evaluation of A/B tests
  • You are responsible for the interfaces of the websites to the connected CRM systems
  • The development and monitoring of suitable KPIs, statistics, reports and the derivation of appropriate measures for the continuous optimization of conversion rates rounds off your area of responsibility

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business studies with focus on (online) marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in online marketing / performance marketing
  • Experience with content management systems (especially WordPress), web analysis and testing tools
  • Sound knowledge of the current online marketing channels
  • Good analytical skills and experience with web analytics software and reporting
  • Good knowledge of creation and conversion optimization of landing pages
  • Good intuition and passion for trends in online marketing and e-commerce
  • Practical experience in common portal and web technologies as well as comprehensive CMS knowledge
  • High affinity for current trends and technologies on the web and a good understanding of numbers
  • Reliability and structured, systematic and agile way of working
  • You are strong in communication, pragmatic and independent
  • You have a structured and methodical way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • You want flat hierarchies and a lot of personal responsibility
  • You feel at home in a young dynamic team
