Your tasks

  • You take on the technical responsibility for the design of the service processes and the associated work organization
  • In addition, you develop the standard SLAs as well as customer-specific service agreements and integration into the service organization
  • In coordination with the management and experts from Solution Management, you develop target group-specific service products
  • You represent the SIS department in the customer-specific solution design
  • The regular quality control and optimization of the service processes are in your hands
  • In addition, you are responsible for coordinating the international services to be provided with appropriate resource planning and the further development of the training courses for employees and customers
  • You are also responsible for conducting workshops with our customers on service definition
  • You are the contact person for our project managers, our customers and the system operation
  • In addition, you coordinate and control the deployment of our service partners worldwide
  • The establishment and expansion of a knowledge database for internal and external use is also part of your job

Your profile

  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in IT service management
  • Your personality traits include high resilience and flexibility, a confident appearance, initiative and reliability
  • In addition, you distinguish yourself by a strong process thinking and convince by your communicative abilities
  • You have experience in the methods of project management and are well versed in the design and documentation of business processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL-compliant service process design is an advantage
  • You have leadership and conflict management skills
  • You can organize and motivate distributed teams
  • In addition, you have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written, and you are also cooperative and assertive
